December Recipe
This is an all around multi-purpose wonder. Make mini ordures for entertaining or for entree open-face sandwich and add marinara, also can be a side dish when placed on a bed of spinach.

Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms
Serves 2
7 oz. can sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced (or 2 cloves)
2 portabella mushroom caps, cleaned
1/4 tbsp. sea salt
1 tsp. fresh thyme
5 Tbs bread crumbs

Directions:
Prehead oven to 350 degrees and line a broiler pan with parchment paper or spray lightly with cooking spray. Combine canned mushrooms, garlic, thyme and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until well combined. Divide stuffing mix and fill each portabella cap with half the stuffing mix. Sprinkle 2 1/2 Tbsp. break crumbs on top. Bake for 1 hour.
